‘Terrazzo Grey’
Linen wall hanging constructed using patchwork techniques and hand quilting. This piece is based on the terrazzo marble mosaic floors characteristic of Italian interiors. This particular design is inspired by the Massimo Micheluzzi floor in the Negozia Olivetti museum in Venice.
Appx size: 80 x 120cm
Colours and care: Shades of grey and slate with natural framing. Off-white stitching. Colours are fast but advice is to hang away from direct sunlight. This piece is backed with cotton and lined with a layer of cotton ‘batting’. There are two wooden battens at the top (with two rings for hanging).
