‘Terrazzo Olive’
Linen wall hanging constructed using patchwork techniques and hand quilted. This piece is based on the terrazzo marble mosaic floors characteristic of Italian interiors. This particular design is based on the Massimo Micheluzzi floor in the Negozia Olivetti museum in Venice.
Appx size 80 x 120cm
Colours and care: Shades of olive with natural. Off-white stitching. Colours are fast but advice is to hang away from direct sunlight. This piece is backed with cotton and lined with a layer of cotton ‘batting’. There are two wooden battens at the top (with two rings for hanging)
